The entire Federal Province of Salzburg offers national and international cuisine of the finest quality, which certainly should not be missed. The cuisine in Salzburg was influenced by Italy, Hungary, Bohemia and Bavaria. It is internationally renowned for the many pastries and sweet dishes and of course the Wiener schnitzel. And of course for the Salzburger Nockerl, an egg mousse, which is a culinary tribute to the three local mountains of Salzburg: Mönchsberg, Kapuzinerberg and Gaisberg – some call it Rainberg instead of Gaisberg.
Start the day in the city of Salzburg with a delicious breakfast! The Café Classic, the M32 on the Mönchsberg and the Mattsee castle in the Salzburg region are due to the extremely lovely views one of the most beautiful destinations for breakfast in Salzburg.
