Perwang am Grabensee is a cultivated recreation village, 23 kilometres from Salzburg. The village is 6 km away from Mattsee, a foundation of Duke Tassilo of Bavaria from the year 777. The nature-protected Grabensee is approx. 131 ha large and a warm bathing lake. It lies in a landscape conservation area. The bath itself has a natural beach and its own children"s pool.
